Sarah Frances is survived by her 3 children, Sheila (Larry) Ulrich, Brian (Cindy) Noble, Amy Burnett; 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, and sister, Doris Robbins. Sarah was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Clayton Newell and Jim Newell.
