Sandra "Sandy" Rule, born October 8, 1943, passed away on September 29, 2026. Sandy was preceded in death by her mother Mary Jane Willsey, father Harold Willsey, and sister Jan Starkey.
She is survived by her loving husband Tom Rule, son Todd Rule (spouse Jennifer); brothers Steve Willsey (spouse Ann), Larry Willsey, Robert "Tim" Willsey (spouse Sue); granddaughters Iya Lewis-Rule and Elena Lewis-Rule; and three great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, Sandy went on to attend Southern Adventist College in Collegedale, TN. She worked as a nurse at Kettering Hospital for 35 years.
