Sandra Rae Lowe, affectionately known as Sandy, was a remarkable individual whose presence touched the lives of many. Born on February 4, 1946, in Ansted, West Virginia, she grew to embody the spirit of community and kindness throughout her lifetime.
Sandy was renowned for her unwavering charitable nature and her desire to help others. She was a wonderful homemaker who poured her heart into creating a warm and inviting home for her family and friends. Her generous spirit and selfless demeanor exemplified her dedication to uplift those around her, making her a cherished figure in her community.
On October 19, 2025, Sandy peacefully departed this world at Trinity of Fairborn, leaving behind a legacy of love and compassion. She is survived by her beloved son, Les Ellison (Rachel), and her dear sister, Barbara Beverage. Sandy's memories will continue to resonate through the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her.
Sandy was predeceased by her beloved husband, Richard "Terry" Lowe, who shared in her life’s journey, and by her parents, Harrison and Ida Mae Hall. She also leaves behind the cherished memory of her dog, Chloe.
As we remember Sandy, let us celebrate her kindness, her commitment to family, and her passion for helping others. Her spirit will forever remain a source of inspiration for all who carry her memory in their hearts.
