Sandra Lavalley

Sandra Kay LaValley, age 50, of Riverside, passed away on Monday April 18, 2011. She was born on May 14, 1960 in Blackfoot, Idaho, to the late Clifford and Irene LaValley.

Sandra is survived by her three children; Michelle LaValley, Chris LaValley and Paul Schommer; two grandchildren; very close personal friend, J.C. Campbell; one sister, Sue LaValley; and special friend, Paul Schommer.

Sandra was an avid animal and nature lover, who enjoyed spending lots of time outdoors. She and John volunteered at numerous Fairborn American Legion functions throughout the years which brought them great happiness. Sandra was a Cree Indian, who was very proud of her American Indian heritage.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday April 26, 2011 at 7:30 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd, where the family will receive friends for two hours prior from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
