Sandra K. Kuzma, 74, of Kettering, passed away on February 26, 2018 at Hospice of Dayton.
She was born on July 17, 1943 to Albert and Ena Fay (Robinson) Butt in Trenton, MI.
Sandra retired as an Administrator for the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Lexington, KY and St. Petersburg, FL.
Sandra at the time of her death lived in Kettering, OH. Previously resided in Beattyville, KY and Rye, NY.
Sandra is survived by her loving Daughters, Edith F. Brunner-Hughes (Albert Brunner) and Susan Doucette; Ex-Husband, Ron Kuzma; Grandchildren, Patricia, Albert Matthew and Alexandra Brunner, Evan Strain, Alexander Doucette; Great Grandson, Adon Strain; Siblings, Donald Butt, Gerald Butt, Kenneth Butt, Cynthia Breloski and Alane Butt; and many loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her Daughter, Patricia Carol Hughes; Parents, Albert Madison and Ena Fay (Robinson) Butt; and other sisters and brothers.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Hospice of Dayton (324 Wilmington Ave, Dayton, OH 45420) or Kettering Medical Center.
