Reed-Downs, Sandra Kay, age 49, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 8, 2015 at Miami Valley Hospital after a valiant fight against breast cancer. She was born June 22, 1966.
Sandy is survived by her husband, Daniel Downs; son, Daniel Downs Jr.; step-daughter, Carolyn Downs; grandchildren, Forrest and Gunnar; parents, James and Cora Reed; sister, Pamela Voelkl; brother, James Reed Jr.; nieces and nephews, Joseph Jacaruso, Alex Reed, Jenna Reed and Marcy Reed.
A memorial gathering will be held from 5:00 pm until the memorial service at 7:00 pm on Friday, November 13, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Beavercreek, OH 45432.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, 6120 S. Gilmore Rd. Suite 206 Cincinnati, OH 45014.
