Sally C. Evans, age 80, of Centerville, passed away in peace at home Wednesday, November 15, 2017.
She was born on September 27, 1937 in Wise County, VA to Acie & Allie Mae Cantrell.
Sally is survived by her children, Carie Sweeting, Ruben (Skip) Canny and Christopher Canny; grandchildren, Jennifer Canny and Tyler Sweeting; sister, Joyce (Walter) Conklin, her friend Robin Dunn and family; and many other friends and relatives. Her dog Miles, who she affectionally called "MuMu", was a special comfort to her, and by her side in her final days.
Rest in peace Sally, Mom, Granny, Sister, Aunt, dear friend and relative. The loss for those that survive you, especially your children, is truly profound. We are comforted to know that you are now at peace as you begin a new journey with Nanny, Pa and Faye. We miss you so much, and always will.
