MILLS, Ruth L. age 82 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2007. The family will recieve friends from 1-2 PM Friday, September 7, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home - South Chapel. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 2 PM. Interment will follow funeral at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
