Ruth Ann Evans

Ruth Ann Evans, a beloved matriarch, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2025, at the age of 82. Born on October 11, 1942, in Dayton, Ohio, Ruth's life was marked by her unwavering love and commitment to her family. She was a source of joy and laughter, embodying a big sense of humor and a sassy spirit that lightened the hearts of those around her.

Ruth was a proud mother to Michael (Donna) Mullins and Myron Mullins, and she took immense pride in her role as a grandmother to Kyle (Valerie), Kaitlyn (Charles), Amber (Wayne), Ashley (David), Alicia, Brandon, Josh (Alicia), Brittany, Rhyan, and a host of great-grandchildren. Her legacy is etched in the many sacrifices she made for her family, always putting their needs first and raising a large family with love and dedication.

Predeceasing Ruth are her beloved children: Billy Ray Mullins Jr., Teresa Ciambro, and Stephen Mullins, as well as her cherished great-granddaughter, Bexlee. She is survived by her loving sons and grandchildren, who will carry her memory forward.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on August 22, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM, at Newcomer Funeral Home, Centerville, located at 820 Miamisburg Centerville Rd, Dayton, OH 45459. Ruth will be laid to rest at Miami Corwin Cemetery in Waynesville. 

Ruth Ann Evans will be remembered not only for her loving heart but also for the warmth she brought into the lives of those she touched. Her spirit will continue to shine brightly through the cherished memories shared by her family and friends.
