Rudy Calvin Westray, Sr.

Rudy C. Westray, Sr., age 86 of Union, passed away September 19, 2018. He was born September 7, 1932 in Lewisburg, KY to the late Rudolph and Olive Westray. In addition to his parents, Rudy was preceded in death by his sister, Charmaine Roberts; and brother, Melvin Wayne Westray.

Rudy is survived by his sons: Rudy C. Westray, Jr. (Elizabeth) and Ricky Westray; grandchildren: Jessica Westray LaGotti (Stefano), Nathan Westray, Sarah Glenn (Jason) and Emily Sharpe (Dustin): great-grandchildren: Sheridan, Dallas, Keenan, Isabel, Cheyenne and Roslyn; brother, Donald Westray; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Rudy was a veteran of the U.S. Army; retired from General Motors; and was a member of Lewisburg Baptist Church.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10 am on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Lewisburg Baptist Church, 608 North Commerce Street, Lewisburg, OH 45338. Contributions may be made in Rudy's memory to the Hospice of Dayton. Arrangements entrusted to Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road.
