Rudi Richard Werwick, age 89 of Dayton, passed away February 17, 2016. He was born September 24, 1926 in Germany to the late Richard and Dora Werwick. In addition to his parents, Rudi was preceded in death by his wife, Elfriede Werwick; sister, Gerda and brother, Siegfried.
He is survived by his children, Volker "Pete" (Karen) Werwick, Joe Werwick and Susen (Jim) Smith; sister, Hanne Lore; grandchildren, Bryan and Brad Werwick, Jimmy and Kevin Smith; 8 great-grandchildren; longtime friend and companion, Carol Rogers and other family and friends.
Rudi started off working in America at NCR here in Dayton but most of his career was with General Motors.
