Roxanne R. Hussey, age 55, passed away August 11, 2016 in Dayton, Ohio. She was born to Jewel and Charlotte Smith on June 22, 1961 in Dayton, Ohio. Roxanne is survived by her son Ray W. Hussey; father Jewel Smith; sisters Tyra Siefker, Sheri Hathaway; brother Philip Schneider; aunt Phyllis Koester; uncle Ronnie Sheets and numerous family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother Charlotte Smith. A gathering will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 from 2pm-4pm.
