Rose "Rosie" A. Lawson

Rose "Rosie" A. Lawson, age 83 of Dayton, Ohio went to be with the Lord on March 20, 2026. She was born November 12, 1942 in Stanton, Kentucky. The daughter of the late J.B. and Zella (Barker) Reed.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Leroy Lawson; daughters, Kathy (Roger) Lawson-Kincaid, Levinena (Bobbie) Lawson-Hankey, and Elizabeth Lawson; grandchildren, Jessica (Hyter), Amanda, Stacey (Dan), Michelle, Bobby "Bubbie", and Lakrisha (T.J.); great grandchildren, Kylie, Eli, Mason, Landon, Blair, Teegan, Taylor, Boone, and Ava; 4 sisters; 3 brothers; several nieces and nephews; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026 from 1-2pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, Ohio 45424. A funeral service will begin at 2pm with Pastor Elijah officiating.
