Eldred, Rose (Sipos), 91, of Dayton, passed away October 11, 2016.
She was born December 12, 1924 in Dayton, Ohio to the late John and Jenni Sipos. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Curtin Eldred in 2002, daughter, Sandra Flannary, son, John Orians, and 3 brothers, John, Paul and Julius Sipos.
Rose is survived by her children, Judy Humphrey, Gary (Bridget) Eldred, Greg Eldred; 12 grandchildren, Michael, Diana, Dana, Denise, Jessica, Zachery, Eddie, Elisha, Tara, Lindsey, Andrew, and Benjamin; numerous great-grandchildren; sister, Jenni Smith and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rose was an avid gardener and enjoyed many hours spent in her gardens. Rose is now in God's garden, sitting on the front porch, waiting for us all to join her. She is now the most beautiful Rose in God's garden.
Friends may call Sunday, October 16, 2016 from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home 4104 Needmore Road. Rose will be laid to rest Monday, October 17, 2016 1:00pm at Dayton National Cemetery, with Fr. Jim Manning officiating.
