Ronnie L. Wagers, age 61 of Dayton, passed away unexpectedly in St. Augustine, FL on December 1, 2018. He was born on April 26, 1957 in Dayton, OH to the late Warden and Mary (TAYLOR) Wagers. In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by his grandson, Leland Wagers.
He is survived by his wife, Rhondda Kinikin; children, Ronnie Wagers II and Jennifer Wagers; step-children, Noah Saas and Miriam Buehrer; siblings and numerous friends.
Ronnie had an intuitive sense for electronics, audio and video. He was a sucker for craft beers and traveling the world. Ronnie was soft hearted for dogs and adored his little Shelty. He enjoyed being outdoors, especially sharing camp fires with friends. Ronnie was an avid and passionate Cleveland Brown football fan.
He attended, graduated and worked for the University of Dayton where he earned his Master's Degree in Computer Science. Ronnie's thirst for knowledge didn't stop after finishing school, he continued to pursue knowledge throughout his life.
Family will receive friends from 9:30-10:30 AM on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd. where a funeral service will begin at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow the service at Woodland Cemetery, Dayton.
