He was born May 5, 1949 in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Marvin and Margaret Neff.
In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his Wife, Kay Neff.
Ronald is survived by his Children, Tracey (Michael) Fox, Jeffrey (Ashley) Howard, Jason Howard; Brother - Don (Diane) Neff; 9 grandchildren.
