Ronald Bruce Leet, age 60, of Dayton, passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2024. He was born on May 16, 1964 to Robert Leet and Janet McConnell.
Ron enjoyed music, classic cars, and motorcycles. He loved camping and outdoor activities, but his favorite time of year was the holidays where he could spend time with his grandchildren and family, playing cards and watching football together. Throughout his life, Ron held various jobs, but painting was his favorite. He painted for both private homes and businesses, and along the way, he built lasting friendships with many of his clients.
He is survived by his mother Janet McConnell; Father Lawrence McConnell; sons, Ronnie Leet, David Leet and Chris Osborne; daughters, Sherry (Dean) Miller, Jessica (Michael) Willoughby, Tiffany Leet, Jennifer (Chris) Leet and Katie Leet; brothers Richard Leet, Douglas Leet, Daniel McConnell, and his sister Rebecca (Sam) Banks; 18 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Leet; brothers James Leet and Robert Leet, stepbrothers, Larry McConnell Jr., Terry McConnell and Victor McConnell.
A celebration of life will be announced later.
