BLAIR, Ronald L., age 74, passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2011. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ivan and Beulah Blair. He is survived by his children, John (Diane) Blair, Lisa Blair, Bruce (Diane) Blair, and Scott Blair; 6 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at Dayton National Cemetery.
