Roger Walters

Roger Walters, born on May 6, 1953, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at the age of 73. He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Rohdeskie Walters; alongside his brother, Penley Walters; grandparents, and more.

Roger is survived by his wife of 55 years, Reva Walters; his children, Joseph Walters and Gregory Walters; grandchildren, Abigail, Emillie, Ethan and Natalie Walters; and his daughter-in-law, Jessica Walters; siblings, Ruby Bath, Randall Walters, and Hansel Walters; as well as many other family and friends.

Roger graduated from Fairborn High School in 1971. He went to technical school for steam engineering and retired from Wright State University as a boiler technician.

He was an avid outdoor enthusiast, as he enjoyed fishing and hunting. Roger loved spending time with his family as he was a loving brother, son, father, grandfather and husband. He will forever be missed but memories will keep him in our hearts.
