Robert Sears Harrison

Harrison, Robert Sears, aka Bob, aka Bowser" 87, of Dayton, passed away Friday, March 18, 2016.

He was born September 16, 1928 in Albany, NY to the late Donald and Hazel Harrison. Bob was a US Air Force veteran starting at the tail end of WWII and serving through the Vietnam War. He also served in the US Navy for 4 years and was a jailer at the City of Kettering for 26 years. Bob was jovial, was always doing something around the house, working on the cars, and tinkering in the garage.

He was preceded in death by 1 sister, Barbara Johnson, brother-in-law, David Johnson, and his first wife, Jessie Reed Harrison. Bob is survived by his wife of 44 years, Rebecca Harrison; 2 daughters, Christena L. Black and Rebecca L. Sanders; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren, and brother-in-law and sister-in-law.

Bob was loving ,devoted , funny and witty.
