Robert "Rob" A. Sierschula

Robert "Rob" A. Sierschula, age 65 of Dayton, Ohio passed away peacefully with his family by his side on July 13, 2025. He was born October 31, 1959 in Maryland, son of the late James and Martha (Hoerner) Sierschula.

Rob was a devoted and loving spouse, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Rob was a pressman at Printgraphics for over 30 years of employment and quality assurance at Lewark Metals towards the end of his career. He was an avid fisherman and participated in several tournaments in the Buckeye Division. He had three career wins and ten top ten finishes within the Bass Fishing League. Rob had a passion for soccer both playing his whole life, as well as coaching family members. He also enjoyed playing softball and volleyball associated with several leagues. Rob will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.

He is survived by spouse of 28 years, Kim Sierschula; children, Tara (Todd) Bodey and Tyler (Michelle) Sierschula; grandchildren, Josh, Luke, and Kendra Bodey, and Michael Sierschula; brothers, William "Bill" (Tresa) Sierschula, Thomas "Tom" Sierschula, and David "Dave" Sierschula; several nieces and nephews; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

A visitation will be held on Friday, July 18, 2025 from 5-7pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, Ohio 45424. A funeral service will begin at 7pm at the funeral home with Deacon Brian officiating.
