Robert M. Nelson

Nelson, Robert "Mike" Michael, 57, of Fairborn, Ohio passed away Monday, June 26th, 2017 at home. His wife of 13 years, Linda, was by his side. Mike was born April 5th, 1960 in Covington, Kentucky to Robert Nelson and the late Martha Nelson. He was a 1978 graduate of Lloyd High School and attended Northern Kentucky University. He spent more than 20 years in drugstore management and was deeply devoted to his wife and family. Mike had a wide array of interests from Nascar, building models, music and cartoons, especially SpongeBob. Mike had a passion for travel and visiting Myrtle Beach was a family favorite.

He is survived by wife Linda (nee Bilyeu) of Fairborn, Ohio; father Robert Nelson of Florence, Kentucky; brother Jeff (Tonya) Nelson of Burlington, Kentucky; a sister Michelle (John) Whitlam of Prospect, Kentucky; a niece Lauren and nephew James of Burlington, Kentucky.

There will be a celebration of Mike's life on July 15th, 2017 at the club house at 50 Rio Grande Circle in Florence, Kentucky from 1 to 3 p.m. Please stop by wearing something bright and Mike inspired to share in the memories.
