Robert Michael Riley

Robert Michael Riley, age 59 of Centerville, passed away unexpectedly on October 24, 2024. He was born on March 27, 1965, in Dayton, Ohio.

Robert was most recently employed with Sam's Club in Centerville, where he was known for his warm interactions with customers and colleagues alike. His great personality left a lasting impression on everyone he met, making him a cherished member of the team.

Outside of work, Robert had a deep affection for the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, and visiting Caesar's Creek. His love for nature was paralleled only by his compassion for animals, reflecting a gentle spirit that endeared him to those around him.

Robert is survived by his mother, Sandra Morgan of Centerville, Ohio; his aunts, Linda (Darrell) Rutledge of Atlanta, Georgia, Joan (Dale) Trent of Centerville, Ohio, Jo (Lee) Ingold of Waynesville, Ohio, and May Helt of Phoenix, Arizona. He is also survived by a host of cousins, co-workers, and friends who will remember him fondly.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lee Riley; and his uncle, Richard Helt. 

Robert was a beloved son, nephew, cousin, co-worker, and friend who touched the lives of many with his likeable friendly demeanor. His memory will continue to inspire those who knew him, serving as a reminder of the joy and kindness he brought into the world.
