Robert Howard Mccullough

Robert Howard McCullough, age 85 of Miamisburg, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2020. He was born June 19, 1935 in Centervillle, Ohio the son of the late John and Grace McCullough.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his loving wife of 62 years, Ruth Ann McCullough; son, Gary McCullough; grandson, Garrett McCullough; siblings, Phyllis (Bud) Jeffery, John (JoAnn) McCullough, Sandy (Jim) Moore, Betty (Gene) Schmitz and Mary Collins.
Robert is survived by his children, Julie Holtzman, Robert (Diana) McCullough, Anthony McCullough, Edward (Anita) McCullough and Stacey (Jeffrey) Lind; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; sisters, Janice (Bob) Taylor and Peggy (Lee) Hensley; along with extended family and friends.
He was a proud U.S. Air Force veteran where he served his country as an Airplane Mechanic. Bob worked for Zinks Processing Plant in Miamisburg for over 18 years as a Manager. Robert retired from General Motors where he worked on the Moraine Assembly Plant.
During his free time, he enjoyed working as one of the main mechanics for John Vallo Racing. He and his wife Ruth Ann were very active in Stock Car Racing for numerous years.
Bob will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor and his calm demeanor.
Bob will be laid to rest at Dayton National Cemetery, next to his beloved wife, Ruth Ann at a later date.
