Robert "Bob" Henson, age 87 of Fairborn, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Good Shepherd Village in Springfield, Ohio. He was born February 26, 1931 in Altro, Kentucky, one of sixteen, to the late Ance and Allie Henson.
Bob loved his garden, fishing and hunting. He will be remembered for his cantankerous personality and he always had a good story to tell.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Henson, son, William "Bill" Henson; brothers and sisters.
Bob will be missed by his daughters, Penny (Gary) Belzman and Terri (Greg) Baca; grandchildren, Angel (Pete) Anderson, Nathaniel Henson, Arleesha (Jared) Yetzer, Alexis Zimmerman and Raymond Zimmerman; great grandchildren, Jaxon, Athena, Ellie and Cole and many nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends Thursday, March 15, 2018 from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:30 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton. Burial will immediately follow at Byron.
