Robert L. "Bob" Cline, born on December 31, 1956, passed away on February 20, 2026, in Xenia, Ohio.
Throughout his life, Bob dedicated himself to various roles, working for organizations such as Hooven & Allison, Towne Properties, Community Bowling Alley, and The McElwee Group. His work ethic and adaptability were hallmarks of his character, allowing him to be a true jack of all trades.
He graduated from the Greene County Career Center, Class of 1976. This foundation equipped him with skills that he would utilize throughout his career.
Bob was not only committed to his work but also had a passion for other activities that brought him joy. He loved to bowl, earning numerous awards, rings, jackets, and trophies for his achievements in the sport. Among his proudest accomplishments were the multiple 300 games he bowled. In addition to bowling, Bob enjoyed shooting pool and spent many enjoyable hours fishing.
Those who knew Bob can remember his personality as that of a quiet observer, someone who only spoke when he had something significant to contribute. He approached life with a unique sense of love. Bob also would fix things for those in need. His sense of humor, although dry at times, was enjoyed by those close to him.
Bob is survived by his children, Erin (Willie Bizon) Cline, Adam (Kimberly) Cline, Andrew Cline, and Tony (Amanda) Cline. He shared 24 wonderful years with his life partner, Kimberly A. Neal, who, along with her daughter, Erica Williams, held a special place in his heart. Bob’s legacy continues through his grandchildren—Morgan, Madison, Megan, Jalen, Gage, Sidney, Kailey, Drew, Wes, Jordan, and Mia—along with his great-grandchildren, Sylens, Indigo, Roman, and Starling. He is also survived by his siblings, Bill Cline and Linda Young, and a niece, Stacy. Childhood friend, Tom Dean of Xenia; and longtime friend, Darryl of Columbus; remain part of his cherished memories.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Lois Cline.
