Robert "Bob" E. Garrett

Robert "Bob" E. Garrett was born in Pulaski, VA on January 29, 1943. He passed away at the age of 82, on June 21, 2025. He was a wonderful friend to all that knew him. He graduated for Roth High School in Dayton, Ohio. He spent 4 years in the USAF. He was always busy listening to politics and taking care of his home and wife. He loved the Lord.

Bob is survived by his wife, Donna Engle Garrett; his sisters, Kathy Hofele of Dayton, Ohio and Irene Justice of the Villages, FL; sister-in-law, Marlene Garrett; brother-in-law, Bob Justice; his wonderful niece, Patty Magill and husband, Mike; he had many nieces, nephews, cousins, he cherished, also.

He is also survived by brother-in-law, Jerry and Wife Sandy Engle, and Nancy Baker; and sister, Karen Abbott.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence E. Garrett and Flora Alice Garrett; brothers, Otis Garret, Donald J. Garrett, and Clarence E. Garrett Jr.; sisters, Christine Collins, Lorena Brinkman, Wanda Hockstok, and Barbara Combs; brother-in-laws, Clarence Collins, Carl Abbott, John Brinkman, Robert Hockstok, and Merlin Combs.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 11am at Willow View Cemetery, 2500 Neff Road, Dayton, Ohio 45414.
