Robert Lee Balzer , 93, passed away Friday, March 10, 2017 at Stone Springs of Vandalia. Robert was born January 2, 1924 in Lorain, OH. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Flossie Balzer, two sisters Helen Martin, Catherine Trissle and his first wife Alice. Robert is survived by his wife Kae, daughter Carol, grandchildren and friends. Services will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1161 Bartley Road, Dayton, OH on March 25 at 2pm. A visitation will precede the service at the Kingdom Hall from 12-2 pm.
