Rita Marie Weaver

Rita Marie Weaver, age 88 of Beavercreek, passed away Monday, January 19, 2026 at Soin Medical Center. She was born February 12, 1937 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of Perry and Florence Weaver.

Rita was a strong woman in every way that mattered; strong in love, in kindness and in the way she selflessly cared for others. Her love was steady and unconditional. She will be remembered for her thoughtful and warm spirit.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Marjorie Anderson and Perry Weaver Jr; son, William Powell Jr.

Rita is survived by her children, June Prichard, Brenda (Dave) Pendergrass and Michael Hedges; daughter-in-law, Sondi Powell; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
