Rita May McCullah, born on February 4, 1937, in London, England, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2025, in Beavercreek, Ohio, at the age of 88. Rita's life was one marked by love, kindness, and a deep devotion for the people and things she loved.
In her early 20s, Rita pursued a career in teaching ballroom dancing, sharing her enthusiasm for dance with many. She was an individual who radiated warmth, touching the lives of those around her with her affectionate spirit. Rita’s love for animals and her green thumb expressed itself in her beautiful garden, where she found joy and solace.
Beyond her career and hobbies, Rita held a significant role as a dedicated member of the Eastern Star, displaying her commitment to community and fellowship.
Rita is survived by her son, Michael, and numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, who will remember her fondly. She also leaves behind her brother, Gerald, and two sisters-in-law, Beryl and Sharon. Rita was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William McCullah, and her daughter, Paula.
As her family and friends reflect on their cherished memories of her, they honor a legacy of love that will continue to thrive in their hearts.
