Rita L. (Hofmann) Lindsley

Lindsley, Rita L. (Hofmann), 73, of Kettering, passed away April 20, 2017.
She was born April 26, 1943 in Connersville, IN to the late Robert O. and Jessie I. (Mauller) Ailes. She was retired from WPAFB after 40 years of service to our country, 35 of which were served at DESC.
Rita was preceded in death by her first husband, John Hofmann, her second husband, Arthur Lindsley, and three brothers, Robert, Ronald and Randall Ailes. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle (Chris) Miller; 3 grandchildren, Julia, Brandon, and Dana Battigaglia; brother, Richard (Marilyn) Ailes and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Sunday, April 23, 2017 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home 3940 Kettering Blvd. Rita will be laid to rest at Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, an expression of sympathy may be made to Crossroads Hospice in Rita's memory.
