Richard K. Willis, age 65 of Springfield, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Kindred Hospital. He was born July 20, 1954 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Eugene and Carol Willis.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Carol L. Willis.
Richard was an avid Ohio State and Cleveland Browns fan.
Richard is survived by his wife Cheryl; father, Eugene; in-laws, Chris (Lindy) Ervin, Peggy Dinges and Nancy Ervin; several uncles, aunt and cousins. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held on December 30, 2019 at 11:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Visitation will be December 30, 2019 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am also at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in Richard's name to The American Diabetes Association.
