Proceeded in death by Father, Mother, son Rick Maynard and Great grandchild Taylor.
Survived by his Best Friend Patricia Wells, brother Ronny (Sue) Maynard
and Sister Patty (Joe) Winters; Children Michael (Jerah) and David Well,
Sherri (Tony) Kelly, Tonya (Todd) Liebherr; Grandchildren Jerad, Connor,
Katie, Kristin, Angela, Brian, Nathan, Kyle, Cody and Cassie and 10
Great Grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and
nephews.
Love from all of us! In lieu of flowers donations to Hospice
of Dayton or Cancer Society.
