Richard E. "Rick" Lotts, age 65 of Dayton, passed away March 31, 2012. He was born March 22, 1947 in Dayton to the late Eugene and Betty Lotts.
Rick is survived by his wife of 46 years, Carol Lotts; children: Michele Short, Jacqueline (Danny) Smith and Rikki Lotts; grandchildren: Cheyenne Short, J.D. Short, Patience Lotts, Emily Lyons, Gunner Wooddell and Fallon Smith; sister, Sandra Gordon; and brothers: Daniel Lotts and Douglas Lotts.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 12:00 – 1:00 pm.
