Richard L. Stover, 55, of Fairborn, Ohio passed away on September 28, 2016.
Richard was born on April 23, 1961, in Piqua, Ohio to Max and Judy Stover.
He was formerly employed with Measurement Specialties.
Richard will be missed by his loving wife of almost 12 years, Becky Stover; parents, Max and Judy; brothers, Daniel (Heather) Stover and John Stover; four nieces and one nephew.
No Services will be held at this time.
Donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
