Richard B. Hamilton

Richard B. Hamilton passed away Friday morning at Kettering Medical Center.
He was married to his wife, Margaret for 68 years. He is survived by his wife, Margaret, son Alan, numerous nieces and nephews, six grandchildren Amanda, Chris, Maggie, Jacob, Abby, Riley, three step-grandchildren, Christopher, Annelise and Johnny, two great grandchildren Lexi and Lily Grace, one step-great-grandchild Beckham and his sister, Betty Mohn.
He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Blanche, brothers Donald, Johnny and Carl and sons Brian and Gary.
Richard joined the US Navy in 1948, he served in the Korean war as an electrician. He worked at NCR for 29 years before working at GM for 18 years. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and traveling with his wife.
Memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at Newcomer Kettering Chapel.
