Richard E. Helton
August 14, 1935 — January 24, 2016
Richard E. Helton, age 80 of Dayton, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born August 14, 1935 in Dayton, Ohio the son of the late Viola and Joseph Chorazewitz. He is also preceded in death by his son, Scott Helton.
Richard is survived by his loving wife of nearly 57 years Maxine; three sons, Tim Helton, Steve (Donna) Helton and Jeff Helton. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Richard served in the Navy for four years.
Family would like to thank Kettering Medical Center and The Hospice of Dayton for their care and support.
Services will be held privately at a later date.
