Richard Lee "Rick" Cowan

Richard Lee "Rick" Cowan, age 82, of Beavercreek, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2025. Richard was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on March 2, 1943 to the late Ray and Esther Cowan.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Amy Leigh Cowan; sister, Barbara Cowan; brother, Gary Cowan; and brother, David Cowan.

He is survived by loving wife of 48 years, Randy Ellen Cowan; and his son, David (Tina) Cowan.

Richard retired from Wright Patterson Air Force Base in 2003 as a Computer Analyst. He was also a United States Air Force Veteran.

In his free time, he enjoyed gardening, fishing and hunting.

Richard was a very loving and caring husband and father. He had a generous heart and will be dearly missed.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Richard's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
