Age 70, passed away Friday, June 18, 2010, at his home after an extended illness.
Dick is survived by his wife, Suzanne (Wahlrab) Hellyer; two children, Mary (Steve) Crank and Robert Hellyer; three grandchildren, Nick & Michael Donahey and Sadie Hellyer; and by one sister, Barbara (David) Abshear.
Dick was a U. S. Navy veteran.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, June 22, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. The family will be receiving friends from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. Interment Calvary Cemetery.
Contributions may be made in memory of Dick to The Hospice of Dayton.
