Renna Wu

Renna Wu, age 87, of Beavercreek, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on July 14, 2024. She was born in Beipiao, Liaoning Province, China on December 25, 1936, the daughter of the late Chaoxiang Lai and Jinhua Bai. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her dear husband, Yaozhan Li.

Renna is survived by her loving son, Jisi An; her loving daughter, Yan Li; grandsons, Dennis and Nathan Li; granddaughter, Cindy An; daughter-in-law, Lui Yeung; son-in-law, Chih-Ta Li; and many other loving family and friends.

Renna was a graduate of the Tianjin Normal University, Class of 1955. She began her career as a math teacher at TuMoTe Senior High School in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China. After her time in Hohhot, she taught at Guangdong Post Tele Communications School, in Guangzhou, China. She enjoyed playing croquet in her free time and loved to travel and read cookbooks. Renna will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held from 1:00pm-3:00pm, on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals Receptions in Beavercreek.
