Rebecca L. Rike

Rebecca L. Rike, lovingly known as Becky, age 72 of Dayton, Ohio, passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday, September 14, 2025. Becky was born to late Russell Lee Hedrick and Ada Fern Hedrick on November 29, 1952. In addition to her parents, she preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Tonya, her brother Richard, two sisters, Rahma and Rose; and her father-in-law, Jack Rike.

Becky leaves behind her loving husband of 50 years, Lawrence Rike Sr.; her mother-in-law, Colette Rike; her children: Marina (Mark), Venus (Scott), Tony (Lisa), Jeff (Tiffani) and Larry (Anita); her grandchildren: Caleb, Ciara, Charlie, Luke, Brianna, Cody, Colin, Braden, Hailee, Donovan, Braden, Riley, Lilly, Ella Grace, and Gabriel; 6 brothers: Ronnie, Russell, Roger (Gloria), Raymond, Rick (Karen), and Randy (Christine); 1 sister, Robbin (Troy); along with 10 great-grandchildren that Becky spent most of her days; her loving dog, Manny; numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends that became family to Becky.

The family would like to thank everyone at Connell's for hosting a fundraiser for Becky on Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 8:00am to 12:00pm at Connell's 3105 E Third Street, in Dayton, Ohio.

The family would also like to extend a special thank you to the Rike family.

A visitation will be held from 12:00pm to 2:00pm on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, in Dayton, Ohio.
