Rebecca Sue Barrow

Rebecca Sue Barrow, born July 20, 1961, in Covington, KY, passed away on June 2, 2026. A devoted and loving mother and sister, Rebecca was known for her giving spirit and her love of flowers, gardening, and her dogs. She graduated from Simon Kenton High School and carried her warmth and kindness throughout her life.

Rebecca is survived by her daughter, Sara M. (Ryan) Perry; her brother, Kenny (Nancy) Wayman; and her sister, Regina R. Moses, along with numerous family and friends who cherished her presence. She was preceded in death by her mother, Bettie Wayman; father, Elbert Wayman; sister, Debbie Halworth; and her beloved dog, Missy.
