Reba Dixon Brown, age 85 of Huber Heights, passed away Friday, August 1, 2025 at Kettering Health Miamisburg. She was born April 2, 1940 in Middlesboro, Kentucky, the daughter of the late John and Hazel Dixon.
Reba was a hairdresser at JCPenney for many years. She was also a member of the American Legion Post #200 Women's Auxillary in Huber Heights. She was known for her excellent cooking and baking skills, and she loved dogs. Most importantly, Reba loved her family.
Reba is survived by her son, Michael Moore; step-children, Rebecca Hatton, Douglas Wood (Denise), and David Wood (Sondra); grandson, Joseph Moore; niece, Teresa Click Wilcher (Phil); several great nieces and nephews; as well as many extended relatives and friends.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" Brown; sister, Wonika Click; nephew, Frank Donald Click Jr.; and former husband and father of Michael, Joe Moore.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025 from 12 pm to 1 pm at Newcomer Centerville Chapel (820 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd., Dayton, OH 45459). Funeral service will begin at 1 pm. Burial will follow in Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
