Ray Forman, 80 of Riverside passed away Thursday, December 1, 2005 at Hospice of Dayton. Visitation will be held from 5-7PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., where funeral services will begin at 7PM, Pastor Douglas Cooper, officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Dayton in Ray's memory.
