WATTS, Randy L., age 53, of Riverside, passed away Sunday, September 2, 2012. He was born August 5, 1959 in Dayton, Ohio. Randy is survived by his children, Jennifer Watts and Brian Watts; his mother, Mary Simpkins; three brothers, Scott Watts, Gary Watts and Dale Watts all of Riverside; special friend and mother of his children, Pam Watts. He was preceded in death by his father, Norman Watts; step-father, Ralph Simpkins; brother, Jerry Watts. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
