Randy Darin Gibson

Randy Darin Gibson, age 55 of Dayton, passed away December 3, 2020. He was born August 25, 1965 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Everett and Barbara Sue Gibson. In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his grandson, Colten James Gibson.

Randy is survived by his wife of 34 years, Carol Gibson; sons: Christopher Gibson (Laura Green) and Shaun Gibson; grandsons: Christian Michael and Carter Kelley; brother, Steve Gibson (Bonny); nephews: Mark Gibson (Emily) and Joey Gibson (Kaylena Shaw); great-nephew, Finley; uncle, Ronnie Tackett (Doris); many other relatives and friends.

Randy was an over the road truck driver for more than 30 years. He was an avid outdoorsman, loved fishing and enjoyed tinkering with most everything. More than anything, Randy loved his family and spending time with them.

Visitation will be held from 12:30-1:30 pm on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where the funeral service will begin at 1:30 pm. Burial to follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Randy's memory to the American Kidney Foundation.
