Ralph Hill Sr., of Dayton, OH. Passed away peacefully Friday, Feb. 21st 2014 at Hospice of Dayton.
A graduate of Dunbar High School in 1955 and graduate of Hampton University (HBCU) in 1959. He started his engineering career at Standard Dayton Co. in 1960 and retired from General Motors in 1992. He also has a host of accomplishments that are too many to name.
He was preceded in death by his parents Claude and Clara Hill and his loving wife, Imogene Hill.
Survivors include his children Wendy K. Smith (Derrick H. Smith), Cindy Lea Hill, Ralph Hill Jr., and Monique Evans (Leonard Evans).Grandchildren Ashlea Captain (Raymond Captain), Kalvin Wilson Jr., Alexis Evans, Sydney Evans & Nathan Evans. Great Grandchildren Joseph & Elijah Captain. One surviving brother Clyde Hill (Eleanor) and a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends with a special mention to Bob Warner.

The family will receive friends Friday, Feb. 28th, 2014 from 1-2 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will follow at 2 pm. Burial will take place at Woodland Cemetery.
