Qua'Nesha Lanae Vineyard

Qua'Nesha Lanae Vineyard "better known as Nesha", born September 20, 1985 in Dayton, Ohio to Yolanda Jordan-Burney and Stephen G. Vineyard Sr. Nesha went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 10, 2024.

Nesha was educated in Dayton Public Schools. After high school, Nesha held several jobs. She worked at Oberer's where she acquired a love for flowers. Prior to her transition she worked in customer service at TruGreen Lawn. Nesha loved to cook and dance. Everyone knew Nesha was the life of the party where ever she went. Her love for people was as big as her smile.

Nesha was preceded in death by her son, Eli'jah Lamar Vineyard; uncles, Steven Maurice Jordan, Donovan Eugene Pannell; paternal grandparents, Anna Mae and Leroy Vineyard, Sr.; uncles, Robert (Bobby), Michael, and Ronald "Ronnie" Vineyard.

She leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Kevin Jeron Sims, Jr. and Jeremiah Mauice Sims; mother, Yolanda M. Burney and "her Daddy" (Thurman Jr.); maternal grandmother, Betty Jo Pannell; siblings, Tasha M. (J'Vaughn) Allen, Jerry A. Williams III, Antwone L. Williams, Jeremy M. Williams, and Stephen G. Vineyard, Jr.; step-siblings, Danyetta, Marletta, Justin, Thurman III, Diana, and Clister; special niece, Ash'Lynn Williams; best friend, Lovetta "Lynn" Bailey and special friend Jamey Henderson; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Nesha's presence and spirit will be truly missed by many, but we will continue to honor her legacy by celebrating her life and cherishing all the memories we've made with her during her lifetime.

Visitation will take place on Friday, April 5, 2024 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Newcomer North Dayton Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, Ohio 45424. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am. Burial will take place at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
