Priscilla JoAnn Partin

Priscilla JoAnn Partin, of Goshen, Indiana, passed away on October 10, 2026, at the age of 76. She was born on March 5, 1950, in Dayton, Ohio.

JoAnn will be remembered as a joyful and playful woman whose presence brought laughter wherever she went. She had a great sense of humor, was a lot of fun to be around, and had a way of making everyone laugh. Time spent with her was never dull, and she was known for always having a great time. She attended church for many years, adored her family, and enjoyed playing cards in her free time.

Above all, JoAnn treasured her family. She is survived by her sons, Jeffrey Silcox and Billy Silcox. She is also survived by her siblings: her brother Donald Fostor and his wife, Karen; her sister Carol Roberts; her brother David Fostor; her sister Patricia Jones; her sister Betty Sauce and her husband, Charles; and her sister Kathy Goins and her husband, David. Each of them shared in the love, laughter, and spirited nature that defined Priscilla’s life, and her memory will remain close to their hearts.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Partin; her parents, Donald and Betty (Smith)  Fostor; her sister, Teresa Sherman; and her niece, Dawana Roberts.

A graveside service will be held on October 21, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Bearcreek Cemetery, 172 North Union Road, Dayton, Ohio 45417.

Priscilla JoAnn Partin will be lovingly remembered for her warmth, her humor, and the happiness she brought to those around her. Her life touched many, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and all who knew her.
