Phyllis Jean Sallee, age 78, of Troy, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2019. She was born August 13, 1940 in Winchester, Kentucky to the late Clyde and Grace Lisle.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie and brother, Jim.
Phyllis will be missed by her loving children, Mishelle Holder, Terry Sallee and Tanya Sallee; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Margie, Patty and Lynn; and brothers, Bobby, Tommy, Larry, Doug and Johnnie.
